Who we are

Zenlistic (zenlistic.com) is the shop name of Lusona, a small independent business that sells printable planners and print on demand goods. Lusona Company (lusona-company.vercel.app) is the private tool its owner uses to run the shop: it lists products on marketplaces he connects (Gumroad, Etsy), posts pins to his own Pinterest account, and sends his own orders to Printful to be printed and shipped. The tool has one user, the shop owner.

Visiting zenlistic.com

The storefront sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and collects no personal data. When you buy, you are sent to Gumroad or Etsy, and their own privacy policies cover your purchase.

Data the tool reads

From Gumroad and Etsy: the owner's products, listings, sales and payments, to publish listings and keep the shop's books. For a print order, the buyer's name and shipping address are read from the order and sent to Printful so the item can be shipped.

From Pinterest: the owner's own boards, to choose where pins go, and the pins it posts. It does not read other people's pins or boards.

From Printful: order drafts, costs, mockup images and shipment tracking for the owner's orders.

What is stored

Order and sale records (ids, amounts, fees, status and tracking numbers) for the shop's books. Buyers' names and addresses are passed from the marketplace to Printful and are not stored. Access tokens for connected services are stored encrypted and used only for the actions above.

Sharing

Data is shared only with the services that need it to complete an order or a post: Gumroad, Etsy, Pinterest and Printful. Nothing is sold, used for advertising, or shared with anyone else.

Removal

Disconnecting a service in the tool deletes its stored token. Buyers can ask about their order data through the marketplace they bought on; the tool keeps no buyer address to delete.
